1. Open a new blank image size 500x500.

Your forground color to  #808080
And your background to black.

Make a gradient like this:

2. Fill with the gradient.

Effects/texture effects/texture.
Find texture @pspgirl-Texture02.....like this:

3. Adjust/add remove noise/add noise
with these settings:

4. Open your LisaG+_Tubes_GothicSerie_022Stairs_mist
And edit/copy/edit/paste as new layer.
Image/resize :

Layer opacity to 62

5. Open your jet-mistedgothic-september-207 tube
Edit/copy/edit/paste as new layer
Image/resize:

6. Image/mirror and move her to upper left.

Layer Opacity til 78%
Open your clock hands.tub
Effects/plugins/xero/bad dream :

7. Edit/copy/edit/paste as new layer.
Effects/3d effects/drop shadow :

Layer opacity til 79.

Move it with movertool down to right.

8. Foreground to #644c33
Background to sort.
Make a gradient like this:

9. Aktivate your text tool and use the font Runic MT Condens :

Write your text.
 

10. Use your picktool and do like this:

Layers/convert to rasterlayer.

11. Effects/plugins/eye candy 4000/gradient glow:

Også effects/3d effects/drop shadow like before.

12.Layers/merge visible.
 

13. Image/add border/2px white.

Magic wand with tolerance and feather to 0.

Click on your last border
Open Goldfoil.
Use it as pattern,and fill it in your frame.

Sign your picture-and you`re done.
