1. New image 550x500
Fill with black.
New rasterlayer.
Foregroundcolor to #1f3d6e
Backgroundcolor to black.
Make a gradient:

And fill it in your image.


2. Effects/plugins/xero/Bad Dream with these settings:

Layers/merge visible.


3.Open DR1Mars08Bnll_lady_of_a_winter_night
Edit/copy/edit/paste as new layer.
Use your movertool og and move it to the right.

Image/resize:

Twice.


4. Open  icelady_ACherShare
 Edit/copy/edit/paste as new layer.
Move her-look at my picture.

Layerpalette /highligt raster 1-arrange/bring to top.
Highlight  raster 2.

Effects/plugins/Xero bad dream with these settings:

5.Open FEElectricalEyes og edit/copy/edit/paste as new layer.
Arrange/bring to top.
Move it down and opacity til 47.
So this drop shadow on all the tubes:

Layers/merge visible.
 

6. foregroundcolor to #2b4972
And your backgroundcolor to black.
Activate your text tool and find Biblioteque.
With these settings:

7.Find your pick tool-and move your text like this:

Layers/convert to rasterlayer.
Effects/3d effects/drop shadow with these settings:
vert 2,horiz 2,opacity 75,blur 20.



8.Effects/illumination/sunburst :

9.Layers/merge all flatten.
Image/add borders/5px/black

save and you're done
