1.Open a new blank image size : 600x400 px.
Add a new rasterlayer and fill it with this color : #73a2bb
Add a new rasterlayer and fill it with this color : #000000.
Find the "sensations-mask-framer-box-122 mask with these settings :

Go to yor layerpalette ,delete the mask layer.
Click on yes to the pop-up question.
Layers/merge all flatten.

2.Open : blue_hair tube
edit/copy/edit/paste as new layer
Resize 1 time with these settings :

3.Open : DL_whiteOrcchidBranscS tube,
edit/copy/edit/paste as new layer.
Then move it slightly to the right... (see my picture) .
Layers/duplicate
Image/resize 1 time and move it to the right place...:)

4.Effects/3D effect/drop shadow with these settings :
 

Altso : Add dropshadow on the Lady and the flowers .

5.Open : MD tekst-WT text tube -resize 1 time,
edit/copy/edit/paste as new layer.
Then move it as shown on my picture.
Add drop shadow on the text :)
Activate your text-tool... font, color and size of your own choice,
and sign your picture.
Layers/merge visible.

6.Now for the frame....
image/add border 30px, color : #000000
image/add border 5px, color : #73a2bb

7.Open : sde_storm tube,
edit/copy/edit/paste as new layer.
Move it to the upper left corner - ( look at my picture )
Layers/merge visible.

8.Merge all flatten and save as jpg. And you're done :)
