Your foregroundcolor to black-and fill the layer.
New rasterlayer.

selections/select all.
OPen sky.psp and edit/copy/edit/paste into selection.
Selections/select none.
Layer opacity to 33%

2. Adjust/hue and saturation/colorize with these settings:

3.Open MMC_MAE2008_061
 Edit/copy/edit/paste as new layer.
Adjust/hue and saturation/colorize like earlier.
Image/resize:

Layer opacity to 89%


4.Open tuben Tubed_by_monique42_3237
Edit/copy/edit/paste as new layer.
Image mirror.
Adjust/hue and saturation/colorize with same settings.
Find your picktool and move it like this:

5.Selectiontool-make a selection like this:

6.New raster layer.
Open those eyes and edit/copy/edit/paste into selection.
Adjust/hue and saturation/colorize like before.
Layer opacity til 46%
Layers/merge visible.
 

7.Image/add borders 2 px white ,

Activate your magic wand,click in your white border-fill it with
Gold Foil.
Selections/select none.
Image/add border 20px white-click in your white border.and fill it with
#2c434d

Effects/texture effects/blinds:

8.Adjust/add remove noise/add noise with these settings:

9.Effects/3D effects/cutout like this:

Repeat but remember -  horiz og vert.

Image/add borders 2 px white,click in your white border-and fill it with

Gold foil.

save and you're done
