1. New image 600x450px.
Fill with black.
New rasterlayer.
Selections/select all.
Open Tubed_by_Monique42_3564
Edit/copy/edit/paste into selection.
Select none.
Image resize with these settings:

2.Adjust blur/motion blur:
 

3.Adjust/blur/gaussian blur :

 Opacity til 50%

4. Layers/dublicate/image mirror
Layers/duplicate/image flip
Layers/duplicate/image mirror.
Use your movertool untill you got the background you want.
 Effects/3d effects/drop shadow like this:

On all the layers.

Layers/merge visible.
Put that picture away to later.

5. New image 300x225 and fill it with black.
Selections/select all.
OpenTubed_by_monique42_3564 igjen-og edit/copy/edit/paste into selection.
Selections/select none.
Image add border 2 px white.
Use magic wand in the border -and open gold foil and use like pattern.
Fill in the border.
Selections/select none.
Open the picture we make earlier.

6.Stand on the little picture and edit/copy-edit/paste as new layer on the big one.
Move up in the left corner.
Layers/dublicate-resize with 85.
Move it a little bit down-look at my picture.
Layers/dublicate-resize with 85 ,and move it down.

7. Effects/3d effects/drop shadow on all the frames with the same settings.
Open clfantasy392.
Edit/copy/edit/paste as new layer.
Image/resize with 85.
Blend mode to luminance legacy-and the same drop shadow.
Image add border-2 px white-magic wand og fill with gold foil.

Activate your text tool and find the font Flying Dutchman.

Write the text you want.
Foregroundcolor to gold foil-and background color to black.
